By offering a variety of retirement plan mutual funds, ILA strives to provide a bright, secure future for our employees. Under the traditional 401(k) plan, ILA contributes 2.25% of gross earnings to all eligible staff. Employees can even contribute a portion of their own salary if they elect to do so. Under the Roth 401(k) plan election, staff can defer their own salary. With so many options to choose from, ILA provides one-on-one workshops with an investment consultant to educate staff and help them select the best plan to maximize their financial opportunity.

We are always looking for diligent and caring professionals to join our dynamic, culturally diverse team.
