By offering a variety of retirement plan mutual funds, ILA strives to provide a bright, secure future for our employees. Under the traditional 401(k) plan, ILA contributes 2.25% of gross earnings to all eligible staff. Employees can even contribute a portion of their own salary if they elect to do so. Under the Roth 401(k) plan election, staff can defer their own salary. With so many options to choose from, ILA provides one-on-one workshops with an investment consultant to educate staff and help them select the best plan to maximize their financial opportunity.

Oluwayemisi Omaye
Oluwayemisi Omaye joined ILA’s Lamoka Avenue residence as a cook in 2014 before moving into a Direct Support Professional (DSP) role. A strong rapport with the Individuals there and her experience helping others made Oluwayemisi a natural for the job.
Natasha Moulterie
Natasha Moulterie has worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at ILA’s Brooklyn Day Habilitation Program for four years. Together with her outstanding colleagues, Natasha works with Individuals in the program to meet their goals and lead fulfilling, productive lives.
Tomeka Bullock
Tomeka Bullock has worked at ILA for 27 years. She joined the Agency as a direct support professional (DSP) at Butler Avenue, where she worked for 14 years before making the move to Bush Avenue.
